About the Job
We are hiring passionate Account Executives to join our North America Partnerships team. In this role, you will:
- Engage with warm leads and recruit new organizations into Odoo’s partner network across North America.
- Introduce partners to Odoo’s suite of business applications, enabling them to create new revenue streams alongside their existing services.
- Manage partner relationships within a defined territory, guiding them through onboarding and sales processes.
- Receive comprehensive training on the Odoo ecosystem to successfully close deals and support customized implementations.

Responsibilities
- Conduct partnership recruitment for Odoo ERP software using data analytics, CRM score tracking, and BANT strategy evaluation.
- Create revenue-growth strategies leveraging the Odoo scoring lead system, projecting revenue, and identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Utilize Python and SQL to tailor ERP solutions for clients.
- Analyze strategic changes, extract data, identify trends, and develop dashboards in Odoo for managerial reporting.
- Achieve or surpass monthly sales quotas through precise forecasting, pipeline management, and deal closing within expected timelines.
- Adopt a consultative approach to design and negotiate customized implementation packages with prospective partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in business or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in both English and French (professional or native/bilingual: reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong knowledge of software and emerging technologies.
- At least 1+ year of B2B sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Curiosity about business operations and a desire to learn.

- Experience with accounting, manufacturing, inventory, CRM, POS, and e-commerce software.
- SaaS or PaaS pre/post-sales experience.

Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 base, with an OTE of $70,000 - $90,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, training, performance, and location.
