💼 About the Job

As a crucial member of our Direct Sales team, you will be responsible for connecting businesses with Odoo's comprehensive suite of applications. This technical sales role is perfect for professionals who enjoy combining software solutions with strategic business insights.

In this position, you will:

  • Engage directly with clients to understand their operational needs
  • Propose tailored Odoo solutions to enhance workflows
  • Develop in-depth product expertise across various industries
  • Drive growth across multiple software verticals
  • Close deals and support post-sale relationships for upselling opportunities

🚀 Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other Account Executives to grow adoption of Odoo SaaS solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from inbound leads to initial close and ongoing account management
  • Analyze prospects' business operations and create customized demonstrations
  • Sell a diverse SaaS portfolio across industries in Latin America
  • Continuously seek sales process improvements
  • Participate in team reviews, share best practices, and track progress
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets (quota-driven role)

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience with a SaaS provider
  • Fluent in Spanish (professional or native/bilingual): reading, writing, speaking
  • Solid understanding of business operations
  • Knowledge of different verticals within the software industry
  • Ability to learn quickly, think strategically, and communicate effectively
  • Results-driven, analytical, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Creative thinker with strategic insight
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

  • Over 1 year of experience closing SaaS sales
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets

💵 Salary & Location

The estimated annual on-target earnings (OTE) range is $70,000 - $90,000, with a base salary of $50,000 - $70,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and location.
