We are seeking a skilled and motivated Account Executive to bolster our Central Europe Government Sales team, focusing on Public Safety and Critical Infrastructure clients in Germany. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence safety and security solutions across vital sectors.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Expand revenue across our comprehensive portfolio, emphasizing strategic account development.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed orders and revenue goals through effective account management and new business acquisition.
  • Build Relationships: Develop long-term, collaborative partnerships with customers, positioning Motorola Solutions as their trusted partner.
  • Strategic Planning: Create customer growth plans and identify new opportunities within your territory.
  • Portfolio Expansion: Introduce and promote the full range of Motorola Solutions' offerings to current accounts.
  • Forecast & Manage Data: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and account information within Salesforce.
  • Competitive Awareness: Stay informed about industry competitors’ products and strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with internal teams such as bid management, technical architects, and post-sales support.

🛠️ Basic Requirements

  • TETRA & Broadband Convergence Mastery: Proven ability to manage transitions from mission-critical voice (TETRA) to LTE/5G, ensuring seamless interoperability within the BOS framework.
  • MSI Ecosystem Solution Selling: Experience selling comprehensive "Better Together" solutions integrating Video Security and Command Center Software into safety platforms that automate workflows for first responders.
  • German Public Procurement Expertise: Deep knowledge of public tender processes (VgV, UVgO), influencing MEAT criteria, and navigating funding structures in Germany's public safety sector.
  • Regulatory & Security Compliance: Fluency in BDBOS standards, GDPR, and German data sovereignty requirements, ensuring solutions meet strict security protocols.
  • Mission-Critical Stakeholder Management: Exceptional relationship-building skills with stakeholders from technical officers to operational end-users within German public safety entities.

🎯 Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven success in B2B sales environments.
  • Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities.
  • Strong skills in business development and relationship management.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
