We are partnering with a pioneering clean-technology company that manufactures proprietary graphene-based materials and energy-saving solutions. Their innovative products include:

  • Graphene-enhanced coatings, lubricants, and fluids for HVAC/Refrigeration systems
  • Graphene-aluminium-ion batteries for next-generation energy storage

These award-winning products are designed to deliver significant fuel savings and reduce emissions. We seek sales professionals to accelerate growth in Europe by promoting advanced materials and energy-efficient solutions to industrial and commercial clients, building impactful relationships, and spearheading business development efforts.

📝 Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales process within your market, from identifying opportunities to closing sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operational and executive stakeholders as a trusted partner.
  • Develop strategic sales and route-to-market plans tailored to specific markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create tactical pricing guidelines and handle negotiations.
  • Maintain accuracy and timeliness in customer data management within ERP systems.
  • Diversify revenue streams by growing sales through B2B Direct, Distributor, and OEM channels, while supporting new product development based on customer feedback.
  • Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Align efforts with the company's vision, “Enhancing Society,” and mission, “Graphene Technology Enabling More from Less.”
  • Play a key role in achieving ambitious sales objectives, contributing to customer and client success.
  • Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and strategic meetings.
  • Negotiate partnerships that promote sustainability and mutual growth.
  • Drive continuous innovation in service offerings, utilizing customer insights and strategic foresight.

🛠️ Requirements

  • Experience in lubricant markets or similar technical product sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Existing contacts within distributor networks for lubricants or related categories are beneficial.
  • Proven success in direct sales and channel partner engagements.
  • Background in automotive, industrial, or manufacturing sales with a clear understanding of customer needs.
