The Account Executive, Enterprise is pivotal in closing enterprise-level deals, cultivating strong customer relationships, and identifying expansion opportunities within the French market for OneTrust.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and execute sales opportunities to meet or surpass quotas
  • Conduct outreach and maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent prospecting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Partner Channel, and Solutions Engineering to land and expand key accounts
  • Apply discovery and communication skills to understand customer needs and articulate tailored solutions

🔑 Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Value-based sales methodology expertise coupled with industry knowledge
  • Exceptional communication and two-sided discovery techniques
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory
  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a proven quota attainment record

✨ Preferred Extras

  • Experience in Privacy, Security, and Compliance
  • Background selling into Information Security departments
  • Relevant certifications like CIPP/E or CIPM
  • Training in Command of Message

📍 Location & Compensation

Location: Paris, France 🇫🇷

Salary Range: €60,000 – €85,000 per year, depending on seniority and experience.

Note: Compensation details are typically based on the Account Executive, Enterprise level within the Paris office.

As our Enterprise Account Executive for France, you will drive new client acquisitions from scratch, foster ongoing relationships, and support revenue expansion within existing accounts. 🎯 Your Mission

Utilize your industry knowledge and consultative sales skills to:

  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas
  • Generate and nurture a healthy sales pipeline
  • Identify and leverage stakeholders across organizations
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to expand key accounts
  • Understand customer needs deeply and propose compelling solutions
  • Differentiate OneTrust from competitors effectively
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with clients
  • Manage a targeted geographic territory efficiently

🥇 You Are

An ambitious hunter with a consultative approach, bringing curiosity, authenticity, and leadership. Confident in engaging C-Level executives, disciplined in sales processes, and proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce.

📝 Ideal Experience

  • 7+ years in B2B enterprise software sales (exceptions considered)
  • Proven track record in value selling and closing new logos
  • Experience conducting and delivering compelling sales presentations and demos
  • Fluent in both English and French

✨ Extra Bonus Skills

  • Experience in Privacy, Security, or Third-Party Risk Management
  • Existing relationships within Information Security teams
  • Certifications like CIPP/E or CIPM
  • Training in Command of Message methodology
