Your Role: Account Executive

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will collaborate with a high-performing international sales team to bring our innovative solutions to organizations ready to enhance their travel management.

What Will You Be Doing? 🎯

• Managing inbound and outbound leads across the DACH region, supported by our marketing and sales development teams
• Conducting impactful, solution-focused product demonstrations and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Understanding prospects’ needs and pain points, communicating the value of Perk
• Maintaining an organized sales pipeline in Salesforce for clear visibility and accurate forecasting
• Collaborating with Marketing to increase brand awareness and improve lead qualification
• Engaging confidently with stakeholders at all levels, from Office Managers to CFOs
• Developing expertise in Perk’s products and staying updated on new features and enhancements

What Are We Looking For? 🌟

• Native-level proficiency in German and high fluency in English
• Proven success in a sales-driven environment, especially in phone-based prospecting and hunting
• Solid knowledge of B2B solution selling, preferably with a short sales cycle
• Tenacity, resilience, and a results-focused attitude
• A collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently
• A customer-first mindset and enthusiasm for solving problems
• Legal authorization to work in Barcelona/Spain
