Role Overview

As an Account Executive in our North America Partnerships team, you will:

  • Engage with warm leads and recruit new organizations into Odoo's partner network
  • Introduce partners to Odoo’s comprehensive suite, enabling them to offer integrated solutions to their clients
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships within a designated territory
  • Guide partners through onboarding and the entire sales cycle
  • Receive full training on the Odoo ecosystem to ensure successful deal closing and tailored implementations

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct partnership recruitment using data analytics, CRM score tracking, and BANT strategy evaluation 📊
  • Develop revenue growth strategies with Odoo’s scoring lead system, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities 💼
  • Analyze strategic trends, report key metrics, and create dashboards in Odoo for managerial insights 📈
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas through accurate forecasting and effective pipeline management 🎯
  • Design and negotiate tailored implementation packages with potential partners in a consultative manner 🤝

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in business) or equivalent experience
  • Languages: Fluency in English and French (professional or bilingual proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking) 👍
  • Experience: Over 1 year of B2B sales experience, with a curiosity about business operations 💼
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with software such as accounting, manufacturing, inventory, CRM, POS, and E-commerce; SaaS or PaaS pre/post-sales experience; proficiency with Python and SQL is a plus 📚
