💼 Key Responsibilities

• Manage flooring projects from initial quote to invoicing 🏷️
• Oversee incoming orders and support flooring needs for assigned accounts 📦
• Coordinate and track product shipments to meet deadlines 🚚
• Prepare accurate and detailed invoices for the billing team 🧾
• Handle inbound and outbound customer communication professionally 📞💬
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors to maintain project timelines 🛠️
• Review and edit floor plans as needed 📝
• Support production and operations teams to keep projects on schedule 🚀
• Maintain accurate records within company systems and CRM platforms 📊

🎯 Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer service, or project coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable using technology and managing multiple software platforms
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Sales or customer relationship management experience is advantageous
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required
