Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and proactive customer service professional to take ownership of flooring projects from start to finish. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a high-responsibility environment and takes pride in keeping projects organized, customers informed, and operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities 🎯
- Manage flooring projects from initial quote to ordering, delivery coordination, and final invoicing
- Oversee incoming orders and support flooring needs for assigned accounts
- Coordinate and track shipments to meet customer and jobsite timelines
- Prepare detailed invoices for the accounting team
- Handle communication with customers professionally and efficiently
- Schedule subcontractors to maintain project timelines
- Review and edit floor plans as needed
- Support production and operations teams to keep projects on schedule
- Maintain accurate records within company systems and CRM platforms
Qualifications ✅
- Experience in account management, customer service, project coordination, or related fields
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable using technology and navigating multiple software platforms
- CRM experience is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sales or customer relationship management experience is a plus
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required

Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
