About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with expertise in logistics and international freight forwarding to spearhead sales growth and foster strong customer relationships. This role emphasizes acquiring new clients, developing strategic sales initiatives, and collaborating with vendors, partners, and internal teams to deliver top-notch logistics solutions. 🤝

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record in logistics sales, and bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop new customer accounts and expand existing business relationships.
• Lead sales activities including planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to coordinate shipment setups.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations and proposals.
• Monitor sales progress and provide weekly status reports on active projects.
• Analyze the logistics market and industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Support the bid phase by providing shipping estimates, pricing strategies, and cost forecasts.
• Lead sales projects and manage end-to-end customer engagement.

🎯 Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in logistics, international transport, freight forwarding, or project logistics.
• Strong customer management skills with the ability to respond quickly and effectively.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global business environment.
• Excellent multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed and flexibility with working hours (including short-notice travel).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
