We are currently looking for a skilled HubSpot Expert to refine and elevate our marketing operations framework. This position requires both strategic insight and practical implementation skills, ideally suited for an individual who excels in managing multifaceted projects within a dynamic environment. You will play a pivotal role in assessing the quality of our sales and marketing pipeline while uncovering efficiencies that bolster overall company performance. This position offers continuous assistance in lead and campaign management, email development, marketing operations, and operational strategy. You will report directly to the Director of Demand Generation, located on the East Coast.
Key Responsibilities
- Streamline marketing processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement technological and procedural optimizations.
- Maintain and optimize platforms such as HubSpot, Warmly, ZoomInfo, and Gong.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and CCPA regulations.
- Validate marketing data and work in conjunction with business intelligence teams.
- Support lead scoring, funnel management, and campaign tracking initiatives.
- Manage target lists and execute automation strategies.
- Assist with the execution of email campaigns and performance analytics.
- Monitor deliverability and inbox placement metrics.
- Provide assistance with sales tools and data management efforts.
- Support automation initiatives and address related requests.
- Deliver training and support for new tools and processes.
- Share insights to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Utilize analytics to enhance marketing efficacy and return on investment (ROI).
- Develop reporting mechanisms to assess campaign success.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing operations or a related domain.
- Expertise in HubSpot is essential for this role.
- Familiarity with tools such as Warmly, Gong, ZoomInfo, Chilipiper, or comparable sales and marketing platforms; knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platforms is advantageous.
- Understanding of marketing attribution models.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Strategic problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities across personnel, processes, and technology in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends in sales and marketing technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related area is preferred.
- Ability to work asynchronously and engage with teams across various time zones.
