About The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Ocean Import Specialist or Supervisor to manage and coordinate all aspects of international import processes. The ideal candidate will possess 3–5 years of relevant experience and demonstrate leadership capabilities to oversee key operational tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with overseas agents to initiate and manage ocean import procedures.
• Facilitate customs clearance by collaborating with customs brokers and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor, track, and update shipment delivery statuses to all relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records by entering and managing shipment information in internal systems.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, providing prompt resolutions and support.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of experience in ocean import/export operations (supervisory or managerial experience preferred).
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
