About The Role

We are seeking a talented Logistics Manager responsible for managing end-to-end logistics activities, including imports from Korea, warehouse and inventory control, and customer distribution. The ideal candidate will possess operational expertise combined with strong leadership to optimize processes and support our expanding business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage logistics operations, including warehouse, transportation, and distribution 📦
• Oversee inventory management to ensure accurate forecasting and stock control
• Manage import/export processes and ensure compliance with regulations
• Negotiate and monitor freight carrier contracts to ensure performance and cost-efficiency
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process enhancements 💡
• Support logistics for demos, conventions, and customer needs
• Lead and develop team members to achieve operational goals

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations 📊
• 3+ years of team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in inventory management and ERP/logistics software
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Bilingual in Korean and English (speaking, reading, writing) preferred
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field 🎓
• Forklift certification
