What We Offer 💼

What You Bring to the Table 🎯

• Bilingual proficiency: Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English and Spanish
• If licensed: Active resident P&C license in good standing and CE compliant
• If unlicensed: Successful completion of pre-licensing courses and passing the resident P&C exam
• 1+ years of inbound sales experience (preferred)
• Experience in performance-driven call/contact centers (preferred)
• Ability to work effectively from home in a full-time capacity
• Commitment to our 8 to 12-week paid training programs—no time off during training
• Ability to obtain and maintain multiple state licenses and appointments
• Dedicated home office space with high-speed internet (***see technical requirements below***)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong initiative, multitasking, and computer skills, familiar with MS Office and related applications
• Confident self-starter, team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Clear background and credit checks
• Flexible schedule, including rotating weekends and non-standard hours (shift differentials may apply)

The role offers a base hourly wage of $21.00, a 10% bilingual differential, and additional sales bonuses. In addition:

• *Property & Casualty license required within six months of hire; responsible for all CE costs*
• Unlicensed candidates will complete pre-licensing courses and pass the exam

• Technical Requirements: High-speed internet connectivity via Ethernet cable required; hotspots, satellite, or wireless-only services are unsupported
• Authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory — we do not sponsor visas.
