Benefits Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Life Insurance Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities Process customer policy change requests. Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up. Complete Evidence of Insurance requests. Document each customer contact in Epic. Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner. Take premium payments from customers. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information. Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring. Return all phone messages promptly. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems. Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed. Work independently and as part of a team. Requirement Bilingual (Portuguese and English) Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Create relationships from a cold start. Be a fantastic presenter. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Confident, self-starter who works well independently. Must have ability to multi-task. Must be highly self-motivated. Professional phone etiquette. Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills. Great Customer Service Skills. Problem-Solving Capabilities. Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. Minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred. Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing. Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
