About The Sales Team

Our Sales team is integral to driving the company's growth by recruiting high-quality, high-capacity professionals who deliver exceptional customer experiences. Our approach enhances product understanding, customer retention, and delivers a higher ROI for pros compared to self-service signups. We are actively expanding and looking for motivated leaders to grow our sales organization.

About The Role

As a Bilingual Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Spanish-speaking sales representatives, overseeing their outbound efforts to acquire high-capacity businesses on Thumbtack. Your role is vital in our growth, helping improve pros’ quality and quantity, uncovering insights from sales conversations, testing new data sources and processes, and generating revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain high team morale, set & achieve goals, coach, and optimize sales processes
  • Manage campaigns, streamline workflows, and enhance team productivity
  • Train and mentor team members and new hires in a remote environment
  • Provide feedback to Sales Operations and Enablement to improve workflows and training needs
  • Become an expert on Thumbtack’s products and communicate their value to business professionals
  • Ensure performance tracking and proper documentation
  • Manage daily sales issues, reconcile sales for accuracy, and complete reporting
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English 🗣️
  • Strong solution-based sales skills, aligning prospect goals with product offerings
  • Collaborative mindset to share techniques and celebrate success
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience and 2-3 years in sales management

Expected Salary Ranges 💰

  • San Francisco / Bay Area, San Jose, New York City, Seattle: $110,500 – $143,000
  • Austin, TX; Washington DC; California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington: $99,500 – $128,700
  • Other US locations: $93,900 – $121,600

Note: Actual salaries depend on factors like experience, qualifications, and proficiency.
