Insight Global Is Hiring A Bilingual Recruiter
Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter for one of our construction staffing services client. For over 20 years this company has worked with construction companies across the United States providing skilled craftsmen on their projects. With the most experienced management team in the labor contracting industry, we have unmatched levels of industry knowledge and a pride in helping our clients. This company is currently seeking a full time recruiter to join their growing team. Primary responsibility will be to recruit, interview and hire qualified applicants for field employee positions in the skilled construction trades. Successful candidates will develop a network of strong business partnerships and relationships that attract highly qualified candidates. It is the role of the recruiter to successfully build a qualified, experienced, and stable workforce.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
- Creating and posting s to our career portal and relevant job boards
- Work with account managers to establish recruiting goals for existing and upcoming projects.
- Develop recruiting strategies to find qualified candidates through professional networking, social media, and local organizations.
- Source and recruit candidates to help grow the core employee base.
- Attending job fairs and recruiting fairs as needed.
- Screening applications and setting up interviews
- Assess candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes via interview process.
- Verify references.
- Negotiate wages and other terms and conditions of employment.
- Coordinate with employee onboarding coordinator to ensure smooth transition to onboard new employees.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, standards, and regulations.
- Monitor and manage existing employee base includes hiring, terminations, reviews, timecard collection, etc.
- Maintaining reports on recruitment activity and efforts
- Provide customer service support to field employees (sometimes on-site).
- Maintain, organize, and update candidate database.
- Understand the sales process for the Company.
- Other duties as directed by the General Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter, 2-5 years experience minimum
- BS/MS in Human Resources Management or other college degree (preferred)
- Hands on experience with various selections processes (i.e. video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Knowledge construction industry and/or related trades is a plus.
