One of the nation's fastest growing personal injury law firms is seeking to hire a bilingual Legal Assistant to play a crucial role in finalizing cases after settlement. In this role, you'll work closely with paralegals and team supervisors to ensure a seamless case closure process while delivering top-tier client service.

This is a client-facing, detail-driven position where strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and teamwork are essential. If you're a bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate with experience in personal injury law or a fast-paced administrative role, this is a great opportunity to grow with a nationally recognized firm.

Legal Assistant Responsibilities

  • Obtain signed settlement agreements from clients and serve as their main point of contact throughout case closure.
  • Negotiate and reduce outstanding medical bills on behalf of clients.
  • Work with lienholders and insurance adjusters to resolve claims and secure payments.
  • Provide updates and ensure a smooth, supportive experience for clients.
  • Manage administrative tasks required to finalize cases efficiently.
  • Encourage client feedback and assist with gathering online reviews.

Legal Assistant Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a legal or administrative role (personal injury experience is a plus).
  • Strong ability to multi-task and stay organized in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with case management software is a plus).
  • Spanish bilingual candidates highly preferred.
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for teamwork and client interaction.
