Your Responsibilities 🎯

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) handling customer inquiries with innovative responses
  • Connect via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve questions and concerns
  • De-escalate issues calmly and effectively
  • Escalate interactions when necessary
  • Assist with processing payments and requests for help
  • Maintain detailed call records for reporting and auditing
  • Provide insightful feedback on customer interactions
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets as defined

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 🎓
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Typing speed of minimum 25 WPM
  • Comfortable with Windows-based computer systems
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred
  • College degree is a plus but not mandatory
