The Resource Co Is Hiring A Bilingual Human Resources Generalist
HR Generalist (Bilingual: English/Spanish)
Location: Distribution Facility near DFW International Airport (100% Onsite, Non-Climate Controlled)
Schedule: Monday Thursday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM (Off on Fridays)
Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on HR Generalist to join our client's team. This fully onsite role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. As the HR Generalist, you will manage a broad range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training. You will also act as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring effective communication and adherence to company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
- Provide support for employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Administer and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Conduct employee training and development programs.
- Handle payroll, benefits administration, and attendance tracking.
- Support safety initiatives and assist with maintaining a safe work environment.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
- Assist in performance management processes and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, ideally in a distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a non-climate controlled facility and engage with employees on the floor.
