📝 Job Description: Customer Care Representative

The Customer Care Representative serves as the frontline contact in our call center, handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction with professionalism and care.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address questions, concerns, and service requests.
  • Assist customers with payments, renewals, cancellations, and other policy-related needs.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and policies.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and uphold service standards.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction in every interaction.

🎯 Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
  • At least 1 year or more of Customer Service experience (BPO experience a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to stay calm under pressure.
  • Customer service experience required; insurance industry experience is advantageous.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented, dependable, and professional attitude.
