Your Responsibilities 🎯
- Handle and respond thoughtfully to all customer inquiries
- Provide excellent service through active listening
- Manage confidential customer information sensitively
- Resolve issues proactively on first contact whenever possible
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure clarity
- Stay calm and de-escalate issues when necessary
- Escalate interactions appropriately
- Track call-related data for audits and reporting
- Offer feedback on call issues and opportunities for improvement
- Upsell products/services when appropriate
What We’re Looking For 🔍
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- At least 18 years old
- Typing speed of 25+ words per minute
- Familiarity with Windows-based desktop systems
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- College degree preferred but not mandatory

Work From Home Requirements 🏡
- Internet Speed: Minimum download of 15.0 Mbps and upload of 5.0 Mbps
- No packet loss, ping under 50ms
- ISP must have no satellite, mobile data (5G/4G/3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN connections
- Proof of internet speed may be required
